Pick Up Your Aligners
Once your custom aligners are ready, you’ll wear them for 22 hours per day—removing them only to eat, drink (water is okay), and clean your teeth.

Check-In & Progress
Switch to a new set of aligners every one to two weeks as directed. You’ll visit us every six to eight weeks so Dr Sven can track your progress and keep everything on schedule.
