Clear aligners like Invisalign use a series of removable plastic trays to move your teeth, while traditional braces use brackets and wires. Both straighten teeth effectively. Many people choose aligners for their nearly invisible look and the ability to take them out for meals and brushing.

It varies from person to person, but most of our patients finish treatment within 12–24 months. After a digital scan at your first visit, we’ll map out your bite and give you a personalized timeline.

You’ll need to wear a retainer to hold your teeth in their new positions, and we sometimes recommend a retainer wire behind your teeth. We’ll guide you on when and how long to wear it. For most people, a few nights a week is all it takes to maintain their smile.
