Dr Sven is recognised as one of Adelaide’s most trusted orthodontists, working across the public and private sectors while also teaching the next generation of specialists at the University of Adelaide. Having grown up in the Adelaide Hills, he has a strong connection to the local community and is proud to provide world-class orthodontic care close to home.
After completing his specialist training in Adelaide and Canada, Dr Sven returned to South Australia to establish Adelaide Orthodontics, a family-owned practice dedicated to supporting families across Adelaide and the Hills. His approach combines advanced orthodontic treatments with a warm, community-focused philosophy, ensuring patients of all ages feel comfortable and supported throughout their journey.
Dr Sven offers a full range of modern treatments, including Invisalign clear aligners and braces, with a particular emphasis on early intervention. He believes that addressing developing malocclusion (bad bites) early is key to creating healthy smiles and well-developed jaws, giving children the best start to long-term oral health.

In addition to running Adelaide Orthodontics, Dr Sven Jensen serves as a clinical tutor at the University of Adelaide. For more than four years, he has guided postgraduate orthodontic registrars through the complexities of early-intervention therapy and craniofacial orthodontics.
Teaching is more than a role for Dr Sven—it’s a passion. By mentoring future orthodontists, he stays at the forefront of emerging techniques and brings those insights directly back to his patients.
